GRACE is how I live, how I lead, and how I support women in becoming more of who they truly are. It's what makes The Shift different - and deeply transformative.

Who I Am

I'm Dr. Sonya Broadnax - President of Positive Behavioral Health, behaviorist, executive coach, intuitive guide, Certified HeartMath Practitioner®, and Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher. I've spent over a decade helping women heal from stress and connect with their power as healers. In 2023, I made my own shift - and now I help other women do the same.

What I Believe

I believe transformation happens when science meets spirit. I blend behavioral science, energy healing, and mindfulness Buddhist teachings to help women release limiting beliefs, regulate their nervous systems, and take aligned, courageous action. I've trained over 50 women to become healers in their own communities, and I continue to lead with compassion, intuition, and purpose.

Why It Matters

You don't need to be fixed - you need space to come home to yourself. The Shift offers that space. Through GRACE, we honor your wholeness, activate your power, and invite you to rise into who you were always meant to be.
